      Method for judging grease deterioration:

      1.Oil flow observation method

      Take two measuring cups, one of which contains the lubricant to be inspected, and the other empty on the table. Lift the measuring cup full of lubricant away from the table 30-40 cm and tilt it to let the oil slowly flow to the empty cup. Observe the flow situation. The flow of good quality lubricating oil should be slender, uniform, and continuous. If the oil flow is slow and fast, sometimes large pieces are flowing down, it is said that the lubricant has deteriorated.

      2.Hand twist method

      Twist the lubricating oil between the thumb and forefinger and repeatedly grind. The better lubricating oiling hand feels lubricity, less wear debris, and no friction. If you feel a large frictional feeling such as sand between the fingers, it means the lubricating oil There are many impurities in it, so it can't be used any more. It should be replaced with new lubricant.

      3.Light method

      On a clear day, use a screwdriver to scoop up the lubricant at an angle of 45 degrees to the horizontal. Compare the sunlight and observe the oil droplets. Under the light, you can clearly see that there is no abrasive debris in the lubricating oil. It is good and can continue to function. If there is too much abrasive debris, the lubricant should be replaced.

      4.Oil drop trace method

      Take a clean white filter test paper and drop a few drops of oil on the filter test paper. After the lubricant leaks, if there is black powder on the surface and it feels blocked by touching it with your hands, it means that there are a lot of impurities in the lubricant. Lubricant is powder-free, dry and smooth to the touch, with yellow marks.
