2. Can we have our logo or company information on the products?

Yes, but there will be minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements. We can put your logo on the products by printing, UV varnishing, stamping, embossing, debossing, or stickering. Please provide us with the size and Pantone code of your logo.

3. Can I get samples?

Yes. You will need to pay the sample fees and shipping. However, if you decide to move forward with the order, we will credit back the sample fees on your order.

4. How long does it take to make samples? How long for the final order?

Usually we can produce the samples in 1-10 business days after your final design confirmation. With a confirmed design, the lead time for your full order takes 5-15 business days. However it may vary depending on order quantity, finish, customizations (if any), etc.

5. What are your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
