Scope of application

Transformer Core

The Iron Core is made of high-quality grain oriented and cold rolled silicon steel plates with high magnetic conductivity.
All laminations were lap jointed in 45? with 7 stepping seams.

HV Coil

The HV coil is made of multi-layer segmented cylindrical structure, reinforced by
glass fiber, casted with epoxy resin in imported vacuum casting equipment (Heydrich) with 1-3mbar which leads to high mechanical strength, partial discharge is less than 5PC.

LV Coil

LV coil is made of foil by the automatic foil winding machine. The internal welding
is conducted on the winding machine with argon protection to achieve zero axial short-circuit force in the case of a short circuit; Using the prepreg DMD as insulation between foils, and using epoxy resin sealing treatment
on the upper and lower end of the coil. Then put the coil into oven to dry.

Cooling System

The transformer can operate at rated capacity continuously with natural air cooling
(AN). When you start forced air cooling system, our transformer can over-load max. 50% in short time. It is suitable for sudden overload or dis-continuous overload. It will be connected to temperature control system.

Temperature Controlling Device (PT100)

Our transformer equipped with over-temperature protection device (PT100).

Display the temperature of 3 phase winding.

Display the temperature of hottest winding.

The sensor can be set to give alarm and trip signal and control the cooling fan.

Transformer Enclosure

We can provide both indoor and outdoor type enclosure with IP20, IP23, IP32....

The material of enclosure shall be iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy etc.

Our enclosure is assembling structure, it can be discharged at the location.

The top cover of enclosure is removable.
