Working theory:

UFox-X60U series can connect with solar panels, grid (or Diesel Generator), load, with built-in LFP battery, hybrid inverter and EMS. It has three working modes, SOL (Solar first), UEI (Utility first), SBU (Solar-Battery-Utility). For the three working modes, please refer to the setting part described in the user manual.

1.How many phases for UFox-X60U series residential energy storage battery systems?

A: Split phase for U.S. and Japan countries or other countries like the grid standard.

2.The Capacity can be expandable?

A: yes, the highest capacity can be from 10kwh up to 20KWH.

3.How much capacity is each module for UFox-X60U series products?

A: We have two capacities for the product. One is 2.56KWH per module. The other one is 5.12KWH. both voltages are 48V LiFePO4 battery module. If user choose 2.56KWH module, the most modules will be 8PCS. The other one is 4PCS. 

4.How to support the grid with the UFox-X60U energy storage products.

Working closely with national Grid, our UPOWER platform optimizes fleets of Upower batteries installed across the homes to provide flexibility and in turn helping to decarbonise the network. By intelligently ‘turning up’ or ‘turning down’ home energy usage we can help balance the grid and make the most of renewable generation.

5.Do users need to prepare an external inverter if use UFox-X60U?

A: No, they don’t need. Our UFOX-X60U series is all-in-one residential energy storage system. 

 The users only need to prepare the solar panels with MC4 connectors according to the power they need the products are.

6.How to reduce the carbon footprint?

A: By storing solar electricity during the day and low-cost electricity overnight, Upower shifts your energy usage to times of day when carbon emissions are lower. This reduces the climate impact of the power you use and helps alleviate the dependence on old fossil fuel infrastructure
